A PRESTIGE development in the Rossendale valley benefited from the expertise of PRS Qualified remedial surveyors and technicians who, according to Hurstwood managing director Frank Moran did an 'outstanding job'.

PRS completed tanking work for the basements of the early 19th century Lea Bank House, set in the extensive grounds of Lea Bank Country Estate on the outskirts of Rawtenstall.  Timber preservation and installation of new damp-proof courses to the stone walls was also carried out by PRS.

Hurstwood Developments have completed the refurbishment of two gatehouses and a coach-house in the grounds of Lea Bank House and also completed three of four new-build properties.
